Since 2019, Fondation PSA and Duramen have launched a project entitled " Mobility for Workforce inclusion in the forestry industry ". This project consists on the one hand in contributing to the sustainable management of forests and their adaptation to climate change and on the other hand to allow employees in inclusion to train in the forestry professions.
Fondation PSA supports the training as well as a mobility solution for these employees so that they can go to the plantation sites.
In this third site located in Chautay, 2 hectares of maritime pines, or 3,000 plants, have already been planted. The Le Relais association, a structure for workforce inclusion through economic activity, is in charge of maintaining the plot. 4 back-to-work employees will be able to work on this plot.
