The Solinum association has set up Soliguide, a website aimed primarily at associations, public services and counsellors of the 115 (emergency number for homeless people).
Soliguide is a solidarity GPS for the most vulnerable people (the homeless, refugees, poor students). It lists all the useful places and resources: Where to eat? Where to rest? Where to put your luggage? Where to have a shower ? How to complete administrative measures ? Who can go with you ?
Now, the association Solinum wants to put the information directly in the hands of people in difficulty, by developing a mobile application, a kind of GPS towards rehabilitation. Indeed, 20% of homeless people own a smartphone, and this number is constantly increasing (particularly among young people and refugees).
The support of the PSA Foundation will enable the association to finance the development of a digital application to be used on mobile and computer terminal

Rozenn has been volunteering at Resto du Cœur for 15 years, where she experienced the lack of information regarding the practical questions of beneficiaries. Solinum association initiatives therefore drew her attention: the use of technology works, helping more people to access practical information and reintegrate into society.
