Integration via car repair in Nigeria

In a context of a poor-quality vehicle fleet in Nigeria (faulty spare parts and repairs, longevity of the fleet), mobility conditions constitute a significant economic and social issue.

The organisation wishes to improve the range of services offered by local garages that lack technical skills and training. As such, the aim of the STYEI project is to enable young people who face economic and social difficulties to be trained in automotive techniques and in how to set up their own car repairs company.

Peugeot Automobile Nigeria (PAN) is particularly involved in developing the project, and has set up a mechanical workshop and provided personnel.
