The Board of Directors meets twice a year. It has nine members drawn from within the Group and from civil society. The Board of Directors makes key administrative and strategic decisions for the Foundation and votes on Major Project choices.
The Foundation has a Project Selection Committee, which generally meets twice a year. Its membership comprises 10 Groupe PSA employees or qualified external persons, from different occupational roles and business lines. The Project Selection Committee examines applications received under calls for projects, using a predefined set of selection criteria to decide which projects will receive funding.
The PSA Foundation also has a three-person team that works directly with project initiators, examining project documents, monitoring partnerships and representing the Foundation:
